Thank you for using 1BuckIQ. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for the $1.00 USD results unlock fee.

Our Refund Commitment

Because our product is a digital service delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Eligible for a Full Refund

Technical failure: You paid but never received your results email and were unable to access your results page after 24 hours.
Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same test session.
Unauthorized charge: The payment was made without your authorization. Please also contact your bank in this case.
Service outage: A significant technical error on our part prevented you from completing the test or viewing results.

Not Eligible for a Refund

You received your results but are unhappy with your score
You changed your mind after receiving your results
You took the test multiple times and want a refund for previous attempts
More than 30 days have passed since your purchase

💡 Note: We are a $1 service. We would rather give you a refund than have an unhappy customer. If you have any issue at all, just reach out — we're reasonable people.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@1buckiq.com with:

The email address you used to take the test
The date of your purchase
A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund directly. We encourage you to contact us first — we will resolve any legitimate issue promptly.
