By using 1BuckIQ, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
1BuckIQ provides an online cognitive assessment designed to estimate general intelligence. The test consists of 46 questions across multiple cognitive domains including logic, verbal reasoning, mathematical ability, spatial reasoning, and pattern recognition.
1BuckIQ is an entertainment and self-assessment tool. It is NOT a substitute for a professionally administered psychological evaluation. Our results should not be used for medical, educational placement, employment, or legal decisions. If you require a clinically validated IQ assessment, please consult a licensed psychologist.
The $1.00 USD results unlock fee is a one-time, non-recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
All content on 1BuckIQ — including but not limited to questions, graphics, design, code, and scoring algorithms — is the proprietary property of 1BuckIQ and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, screenshotting, or distributing test questions or answers. Doing so may constitute copyright infringement and could result in legal action.
You agree not to:
1BuckIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate to any specific standard. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1BuckIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim — which is $1.00.
Your use of 1BuckIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
